Once the order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an SMS to confirm your delivery address. Once confirmed, your order will be shipped right away.
If the delivery address is not confirmed, we will still attempt to deliver the order to the address added when the order was placed. Our in-house driver will call you while he is on the way to you.

If you would like to return an item bought from our online website, simply reach out to our Customer Care team.
Our team will book your return, and a courier partner will pass by within 3 to 5 working days to collect your item. Once your item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed according to your payment Method.

You can exchange your item in one of our stores in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
Unfortunately, we do not have online exchange services. You may return your online order in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, and once the return is processed, a refund will be issued based on your original payment method.
If you wish to receive an alternative item, you can place a new order on our website.

All debit/credit card payments are refunded to the original card used during checkout. Please note that the refunded amount will appear in your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your payment provider.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be issued as a store credit code, which will be sent to your email and can be used for future online purchases.
